We draw from opposites: metal and motion, stillness and noise, fragility and force. Each collection reflects modern subculture, industrial aesthetics, and the spirit of controlled disorder.

II. CRAFT & MATERIALS

All LOSELOS pieces are nickel-free and skin-safe. Each pieces are made for comfort and long-term wear without irritation.

Yes. Every LOSELOS piece is individually finished. Small variations are marks of authenticity — not flaws.

Most runs are limited. Once sold out, they rarely return in the same form.

III. SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5 during high volume). Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on location.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

We accept returns only for unused items within 7 days of delivery. All packaging, tags, and accessories must remain intact and undamaged. Read more here.

IV. CARE GUIDE

Keep your piece clean and dry. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear and avoid contact with moisture or chemicals. Humidity and friction may cause natural metal oxidation — part of its raw character.

Avoid sharp contact or heavy movement while wearing. Minor surface marks and texture shifts are normal — signs of authentic material aging, not defects.
