RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Returns are accepted only for unused items within 7 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Items must remain in original condition (including tags, packaging, cards, and gifts). Returns affecting resale condition cannot be accepted.

• Refunds are processed once items are received and verified.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it fast — either with a replacement or refund.
